The health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our priority, all while providing the Paramount Experience.

  • Masks are optional for all guests. 
  • Our team will follow your lead and wear a mask during your service if you choose to wear one or request that they wear a mask.
  • Hand sanitizer is available upon entry and throughout our building.
  • We ask that all guests who are sick or testing positive for COVID-19 to reschedule their appointment.
  • Our cancellation fees will be waived for cancellations or re-bookings due to COVID related symptoms.
  • Appointments may need to be cancelled/rescheduled due to staff illness.
  • You are welcome to arrive early for your appointment to shop or relax (socially distanced) in our Spa Lounge.
  • We will continue to offer shipping and curbside pickup for your shopping needs. Click here to shop or browse online.
