To ensure your safety and the safety of other guests and our team members we ask that you carefully ready the following.

What we ask you to do:
  • Answer these 4 screening questions. If you answer YES to any of these questions, please contact us immediately via phone at 306-242-0017 and we will reschedule your appointment.
  • Face masks are mandatory. Services such as facials, certain facial hair removal services, makeup services and spray tans you will be asked to remove your mask during the treatment only. We will be wearing one to protect you and require you to wear one to protect us. If you do not have one, we have washable cotton masks available for a purchase price of $8.
  • Due to the increased costs for required PPE, a $2.50 PPE fee will be charged per guest visit.* 
  • Bring a beverage and reading material if you wish. Based on the direction from the government we cannot provide beverages or reading material at this time for sanitation reasons. 

    The Square Cup is offering all Paramount guests $1 off any Hot or Cold Beverage until November 30th. Just mention that you are having a service at Paramount! Entrance is on 3rd Ave and attached to Paramount. Click here for more details and hours. 

  • Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. 
  • Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment unless you are planning to shop our boutique. This will help limit the number of people we have in the building. 
  • If you wish to wear gloves, we will provide you with a clean pair to prevent cross contamination.
  • Remember to bring your flip flops for pedicures services as we do not have complimentary sandals available. Disposable flip flops are available for purchase. 

*The PPE fee will be increased to $5 if you are seeing 3 or more service providers during your day at Paramount. 

Services we are not currently offering:
  • Couples Massage
  • Couples Tub Treatments
Group Restrictions:
  • We are able to maintain 6' social distance between each guest in our group rooms. Our group limit is 5 guests. No exceptions. Guests that are not receiving services will not be permitted to be in the group room.
  • Group spaces will not be available to lounge in once the services are complete. 
While Shopping:
  • We will be limiting the number of guests shopping in our boutique area to ensure social distancing is maintained. Please be patient if you need to wait to enter the boutique area.
  • Masks are mandatory.
  • You are welcome to try items on. Any clothing tried on or returned will be quarantined for 72 hours.
  • Change rooms are available and aer sanitized after each use.
  • If you wish to limit the amount of time in-store feel free to pre-shop online, we can pull up your "cart" and find the items for you. We also offer curb side pick up!
What we are doing:
  • Each salon station and treatment room are sanitized between each use.
  • All linens are washed at high temperatures after each use.
  • All equipment and tools are sanitized after each use.
  • Increased sanitation in waiting areas, change rooms and washrooms.
  • Pin pads will be sanitized after each use.
  • We ask that you maintain a 6’ social distance.
  • Your service provider will be wearing a mask, eye protection, apron and washing hands and using hand sanitizer before they start your service.
  • You will also be asked to wash your hands prior to your service when a hand washing station is available. Hand Sanitizer is available when a sink is not. 
  • All high touch points are sanitized throughout the day.

This is above and beyond our standard sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
