The health and safety of our guests and team members is our priority, all while providing the Paramount Experience.

Please note the following for everyone’s safety:

  • Masks are mandatory.
  • Currently, we do not require proof of vaccination as per the guidance of the Provincial Government as of October 1, 2021.
  • Hand sanitizer is available upon entry and throughout our building.
  • We ask that all guests read our screening questions prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation fees will be waived when due to COVID related symptoms and need to self-isolate.
  • Appointments may need to be cancelled/rescheduled due to staff illness.
  • All appointments are in private treatment rooms or if in a group setting it will be ONLY with your group in the space. Our salon stations are 6’ apart and a room divider can be put up upon request. 
  • All treatment rooms and salon stations are sanitized between each treatment.
  • Our team members continue to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing services.
  • You are welcome to arrive early for your appointment to shop or relax (socially distanced) in our Spa Lounge.
  • Larger group sizes have resumed with a maximum of 7 in our Spa Suite and 3 in our Group Room.
  • Couples Massage and Body Treatments are available.
  • Water and Coffee service is available.
  • Liquor service is available.

As always, our sanitation practices continue to be held to the highest standard.
